In observance of the Christmas and New Year's holidays, Protel will be closed from December 25, 2007 through January 01, 2008 and will re-open again for business starting again on Wednesday, January 02, 2008.
During this holiday shutdown all segments of Protel's business will be closed and no shipments will be made or received. Last date for shipment of products will be December 21, 2007 and will resume again upon our return in January. Contact numbers are available for any "urgent" technical support issues related to our AVW product line. Technical support for our payphone product line will resume on January 02, 2008.
Customers who will have a requirement for payphones, monitoring equipment or related spare parts prior to the holiday shutdown should place their orders as quickly as possible. Production times are quickly diminishing and parts supply levels may require adjustment based on the demand. Protel's date for receiving payphone orders to ship before the holiday shutdown will be December 05, 2007. The last day for payphone spare parts and AVW monitoring equipment will be December 11, 2007. Receipt of orders by these dates will help to ensure shipments on or before the closure date provided sufficient inventory is available. Orders received after these dates will be handled on a first-in first-out basis and will not be guaranteed to ship prior to the scheduled closing.
