In observance of the Holiday season, Protel will be closed from Tuesday, December 23, 2025, and re-open on Monday, January 5, 2026.
During this period, production and receiving segments of Protel’s business will be closed and no shipments will be made or received. The last date for shipment of products will be Monday, December 22, 2025, and will resume upon our return.
Technical Support for Air/Vac products will not be available from Tuesday, December 23rd , 2025 thru Friday, January 2nd, 2026. Please make sure that if you need any assistance activating or deactivating SIM cards, you contact Protel by December 22nd, 2025, as we will not be able to assist you during the shutdown period. IVS will still be available for you to activate or deactivate SIM’s directly.
Customers who have a requirement for Protel equipment or related spare parts prior to the holiday shutdown should place their orders as quickly as possible. Production times will quickly diminish, and parts supply levels may require adjustments based on the demand. Protel's date for receiving orders that need to ship before the holiday shutdown will be Tuesday, December 16th, 2025. Receipt of orders by this date will help to ensure shipments on or before the closure date provided sufficient inventory is available. Orders received after December 17th will be handled on a first-in first-out basis and will not be guaranteed to ship prior to the holiday closing.
For any orders placed during the shutdown times, please email all orders to Jeff Brown, Director of Sales @ jeff_brown@protelinc.com and orders will be processed for shipment upon our production departments’ return on January 5th, 2026.
