Dear Valued Customer:
In observance of the Holiday season, Protel will be closed from Thursday, December 21, 2023, and re-open on Wednesday, January 3, 2024. During this period, production and receiving segments of Protel’s business will be closed and no shipments will be made or received. The last date for shipment of products will be Wednesday, December 20, 2023, and will resume upon our return. Technical Support for Air/Vac products will not be available from Thursday, December 21st thru Tuesday, January 2nd, 2024. For monitor transfers or SIM activations during this period, please call Jeff Brown at (434) 466- 1994. Customers who have a requirement for monitoring equipment or related spare parts prior to the holiday shutdown should place their orders as quickly as possible. Production times will quickly diminish, and parts supply levels may require adjustments based on the demand. Protel's date for receiving orders that need to ship before the holiday shutdown will be Friday, December 15th, 2023. Receipt of orders by this date will help to ensure shipments on or before the closure date provided sufficient inventory is available. Orders received after December 15th, will be handled on a first-in first-out basis and will not be guaranteed to ship prior to the holiday closing.
For any orders placed during the shutdown times, please email all orders to Jeff Brown, Director of Sales @ jeff_brown@protelinc.com and orders will be processed for shipment upon our production departments’ return on January 3rd, 2024.
