Protel Inc. is one of the World’s leading payphone manufacturer’s with over
1,000,000 payphones in use today by customers in more than 70 countries around
the globe. Our wire- line and wireless payphone configurations accept multiple
payment options including, coins, debit, and credit cards, which when combined
offer customers more options while ultimately driving revenue growth. In
addition to the public payphone market, Protel has expanded its presence into
other markets with the introduction of remote monitoring solutions. At present,
Protel provides various solutions designed to cater to the Food & Beverage
Vending and Air, Vacuum & Water industries. These remote monitoring
solutions are geared to providing operators with greater operational
visibility, money controls and general machine information all of which work to
reduce costs and maximize profitability.
Founded in 1983, Protel offers payphones, remote monitoring equipment and card
reading devices from either our 68,000 sq. foot US facility located in Central
Florida on the I-4 technology corridor or from our 180,000 sq. ft facility in
Guan Dong China. At present, Protel employs approximately 100 employees from 8
nationalities with technology expertise providing a versatile and dynamic
solution for today’s market demands. Protel Pacific with its 500+ workforce
provides the additional requirements to make Protel a fully vertically
